On May 20, 2023, as part of a residency for the Laboratory of Contemplative Arts (LAC), the great jazz pianist Shai Maestro gave a concert at the Milano Jazz Club in Barcelona.

Shai Maestro is one of the most talented pianists of his generation. He began as Avishai Cohen’s pianist and today he is one of the leading figures of the improvised music scene, as well as one of the youngest representatives of the ECM label, an indisputable guarantee that Shai Maestro already represents a crucial figure in the world of international contemporary music.
